A new company has been formed by MKS, which is named as MKS Export Ltd. Exclusively oriented to export; MEL has started its operation from the fiscal 2015-16. All Producers’ Groups and staff members of MKS have been offered equity shares in the company to strengthen relationship between them and the company. MEL has taken over the business of MKS. On the other hand, MKS is assigned to deal with corporate social responsibility.
