Common questions
Why is Seller Pro cheaper than IndiaMART?
Because we're not selling leads. Seller Pro buys you better tools to convert the inquiries you already get from being listed — analytics, branded profile, a gallery. IndiaMART's prices include a markup for putting your name at the top. We don't do that.
What does Buyer Pro actually unlock?
Today, exactly one thing: the supplier's full phone, email and WhatsApp on any of the 11.7M listings. Saved searches, alerts and CSV export are on the roadmap — when they ship, Buyer Pro gets them at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in /dashboard/billing. Razorpay stops charging at the next cycle and you keep Pro access until the period ends.
What's the catch on Free?
There isn't one. Free buyers and free sellers see the same data — we don't artificially restrict listings or search results. Pro pays for tooling, not for access.
GST?
All prices on this page are GST-inclusive. ₹499 means you pay ₹499 total — Razorpay generates a tax-compliant invoice that splits the amount into base + 18% GST (₹422.88 base + ₹76.12 GST), so businesses can claim Input Tax Credit. We email the invoice automatically after each charge.
