Is it really free? What's the catch?+

There isn't one. Manufacturers list, reply and get verified free. Buyers search, post requirements and reveal contacts free. Our business is selling clearly-labelled visibility to suppliers who want extra reach, and data access to enterprises — not selling access to you. Contact reveals have a monthly fair-use allowance so nobody can bulk-scrape the directory.

Do sponsored placements change who ranks in search?+

No. Sponsored results appear in separate, clearly-labelled slots. The organic list below them is ordered by verification, relevance and profile quality — there is no input for money anywhere in that ranking. A supplier who never spends a rupee can outrank one who spends thousands.

Are my enquiries sold to other suppliers?+

Never. When a buyer contacts one manufacturer, that enquiry goes to that manufacturer only. We do not package enquiries and resell them to a queue of competitors — that model is the reason buyers on other platforms get 50 calls per enquiry, and we refuse it permanently.

What happened to the ₹299 / ₹499 Pro plans?+

Everything they contained is now part of the free plan — analytics, unlimited replies, unlimited listings, showcase slots, contact reveals. Nobody was ever charged and left behind: the switch was made before any paid subscriber existed. If paid tiers return in the future, Founding 500 members keep everything free for life.

How does advertising (Grow) billing work?+

Suppliers who opt in are billed per enquiry actually delivered from their sponsored placement — not per view, not per click, not per promise. Budgets are prepaid to a wallet, pausable any time, and unused amounts are refundable. GST-compliant invoices are generated for every charge.
