Tamil Nadu MSME Policy 2021 — capital subsidy, back-end credit interest subvention, electricity tax exemption, SGST refund, marketing support for new and expanding MSME units in Tamil Nadu.
What you get

- Special Capital Subsidy 25% for women, SC/ST, transgender
- Back-end interest subsidy 5-6% for 5 years
- Electricity tax 100% exemption for 5 years

Who qualifies
New/existing MSME units in Tamil Nadu. Up to Rs. 5 Cr investment for micro, Rs. 50 Cr for small/medium. Higher benefits for industrially backward districts and SC/ST/women entrepreneurs.
All industries qualify (no NIC restriction).
