The company shall not be responsible for any promises made by any individual/independent advisor/entity/direct seller/distributor on its behalf except any promise which is mentioned in the authentic brochures or on the website www.happyhealthindia.co.in. The company has not given any assurance or promise to its Direct sellers as to any income on account of the product purchase made by the customer. However, direct sellers will be eligible for sales incentives depending upon the volume of business done by them as per the terms and conditions of the company.
