Self centring compact hi-grip machine vice designed for precision milling, grinding and widely used with CNC machining center. Space saving design can be installed in multiple on standard machine table. Also suitable for 4th and 5th axis CNC rotatry tables. Large opening in very compact vice body. This vice can hold two work pieces with optional intermediate jaws. High grade FCO 60 ductile iron body, grounded top and bottom. Bed height matched with multiple vice orders. High alloyed quality resistance stress, case hardened HRC 60 +or- 2 is used in clamping jaws give high preferences and no wear. Accuracy in parallelism and squareness within 0.02/1mm. Interchangeable jaws plates. Tenon & tenon slots are provided for effortless truing of vice on the machine table. High clamping force can be achieved by effortless handle movement, which eliminates hammering on vice handle. Maximum clamping force 3000kg.
