Ajnara India Limited is undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated by Hon'ble NCLT on 20th September, 2022. Hon'ble NCLAT has stayed further steps in the CIRP and directed the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to supervise construction with support from the ex-management and employees. The collection of claims has been temporarily suspended pending further directions.
