Ashahi Chemical was established in 1979 with an objective to manufacture, market, and sell industrial chemicals with a special emphasis on sodium alginate (textile chemicals) and it's derivatives at a state and national level. Ashahi Chemical continued it's activity of delivering performance chemicals for many successful years. In the early nineties, India observed a large demand for petroleum products and petrochemicals. In tune to rising demand, Ashahi Chemical has diversified it's activities since 1988 in the field of petroleum products and petrochemicals. Ashahi emerged as a leading producer of Oil Field Drilling & Production Chemicals.
