Since 1985, IPMG has been providing project management services for building projects to various clients, right from the concept stage through construction and completion. IPMG believes in the total project management concept covering planning and systems, scheduling, monitoring and control, with the main emphasis being on project cost and time. IPMG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orient Express Pvt. Ltd, which was established in 1947. Orient Express is a large conglomerate with interests in tourism, travel, hotels, exports and construction. Orient Express has done pioneering work in the development of Khajuraho as a world famous tourist destination, by constructing and operating Hotel Chandela (5 Star deluxe). The hotel is a member of the Taj Group of Hotels. IPMG and R.S. Means, USA have jointly developed and own BuildSystem which has a construction cost database and estimating system. The collaboration between IPMG and R.S. Means, USA has been approved by the Government of India , Ministry of Commerce & Industry.The approval is for “Database Development for Construction Industry”.
