Rajat Vinyls Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2013, manufacturing Non-toxic Rigid PVC Film & Sheets through a calendering process. The company has been in the extruder film line since 1989, previously known as Rajat Plastic Industries. Due to high demand for PVC film via the Calendering process, a new Calendering process was started in 2013. This product is suitable for pharmaceuticals primary and secondary packaging applications and other food-grade packaging applications. At this site, rigid (food) grade PVC film is also manufactured for other packaging applications. Rajat Industries has three manufacturing units, each producing a specialized range of PVC and PVC-related products. Rajat Vinyls has one line which is a 6-roll inverted L XUAN make and Germany collaboration model with a monthly capacity of 300 MT.
