Summit Engineers and Consultants Pvt Ltd was incorporated on June 25, 1996, marking the beginning of its journey and establishment as a key player in the industry. In 2012, the company partnered with Strama-MPS, Germany, for sales and services. In 2016, Summit created 'Strama Summit Machinery Pvt Ltd.' as an independent entity to manufacture automated assembly lines. In 2019, Summit formed 'Saint Clair Systems India Pvt Ltd,' a joint venture with a U.S. company, to manufacture viscosity and temperature control systems.
