The company was set up in 1974, in the heart of Steel City of Bhilai Situated in Chhattisgarh. The unit was set up in Bhilai looking to its geographical advantage of being located in Mid-India and centrally located, and later on expanded its division in Visakhapatnam & Jharsuguda, looking to availablity of raw materials resources in steel plants of Bhilai, Bokaro, Tata, Durgapur, Burnpur, Visakhapatnam, Rourkela, Angul, Kaling Nagar etc. Since its establishment Porwal group of companies have maintained the highest standards of quality control and assurance.
