Hydraulic and Pneumatic Industry

As a hydraulic equipment manufacturer, Capiq has the precision machining expertise needed to suit hydraulic equipment and hydraulic parts need. These parts involve precision honing of length to Diameter ratio of up to 25; Surface finish of 0.2 Ra and orifice holes of up to 0.2 mm dia with 0.010 mm diametrical accuracy and 0.050 mm centre Distance Accuracy.

Medical Instrumentation Industry

At Capiq we manufacture medical assemblies which involve upto 100 precision machined components. These also involve various surface treatments like electro-plating, painting, powder coating, etc. Capiq is entrusted with periodical life cycle testing and individual assembly testing to conform these assemblies to very stringent standards laid down by the customer.

Semi-conductor Assembly Equipment Industry

Parts and assemblies involve very high precision and high speed application. The assemblies move up to 32 times a second and are subjected to very high acceleration and deceleration due to nature of the application, a very high level of geometrical integrity has to be maintained. These are made out of special materials, vacuum hardened, highly wear resistant meant for maintaining precision of movement for millions of operations.
