Spinning yarns for apparel textiles, Ne 8 - 60s, open-end or ring-spun.
It can be spun into yarns as 100% polyester or in blends with cotton, viscose or other natural and man-made fibers.
Very close to virgin prime grade PSF.
Cut lengths - 32, 38, 44, 51, 64, 76, 102, 128 mm.
Suitable for high end Non wovens and Automotive non woven fabrics.
Higher all around fastness.
Also producing Low Shrinkage fibre of less than 2.5%.

Cut lengths - 32, 38, 44, 51, 64, 76, 102,128 mm.
Trilobal: Suitable for making spun yarns which needs a good shiny luster.
Targeted to manufacture superior quality yarns to make medium priced suiting’s, dress materials and furnishing fabrics.
These fabrics have superior luster and feel similar to higher priced worsted suiting and dress materials.

Dope Dyed Colours including Black

Spinning yarns for apparel textiles, Ne 8 - 40s, open-end or ring-spun.
It can be spun into yarns as 100% polyester or in blends with cotton, viscose or other natural and man-made fibers.
Reproducibility of color and uniform shade available for larger orders.
Dope dyed fibre has superior tenacity and cohesion properties and original spin finish as compared to disperse dyed fibre, resulting in trouble free working and higher productivity.
Dope dyed fiber does not require additional spin finish application as in the case of disperse dyed fibre.
Dope dyed fibre is eco-friendly as disperse dyed fibre cause water pollution, dye wastage.
Higher all around fastness.
Good Substitute for virgin prime grade PS F.
Cut lengths - 32, 38, 44, 51, 64, 76, 102, 128 mm.
Black and Dope dyed shades can also be available in 1.5/2.5/6.0 do Trilobal fiber.
Eminent has successfully introduced around 200 shades and can further develop as per specific need of the customer.

End Use – Non Woven Fabric/Carpets/Felts

Dope Dyed color carries good fastness to washing and sunlight
Any color can be produced in dope dyed as per customer requirement.
High Elongation: Elongation can be set as per customer requirement from 40% to 75%.
Low Shrinkage: Normal shrinkage in the fibre varies from 5% to 6%. Eminent can also produce low shrinkage fibre 2.5% to 3% for specific critical applications.

Semi Dull/Dope Dyed Colors including Black Commercial Quality

Suitable for non woven carpets / backings / felt / puddings / other non woven products.
A wide range of Dope Dyed shades available as per customer requirement.

End Use – Non Woven Carpets / Scrubber

Specialty fibre suitable for Nonwoven.
Any Dope Dyed Colors can be available.

Application : Fibre filling (Pillows, Quilts, Mattress, Soft Toys)

Hollow fibre can be available in Non Silicone / Silicone / Slick FR conforming to British Standard 5852
