Girnar Gears Pvt. Ltd. was established by the enterprising Mr. Nitin Patni. A Mechanical Engineer by profession, Mr. Patni started ‘Unit 1’ in the year 1997, after 3 years of hands-on experience in Leading Tool Room. The initial phase saw the company venture into Gear Hobbing operations for Greaves Cotton & IC Bauer. After initial success, the company went into gradual expansion, which saw it add Shaping, Shaving, CNC Hobbing and VMC operations to its portfolio. In the year 2006, Girnar Gears started ‘Unit 2 ’ for camshafts manufacturing, equipped with Cam Milling, Cam Grinding, Hobbing, Shaving, Cylindrical Grinding & EZCAM inspection facilities. Unit 3 - appended in 2019 to further expand our camshaft manufacturing line to up to 1 Million fully finish camshafts PA. Plant is operational with CNC, VMC, Cam milling, Infra red, Induction hardening & finish Cam grinding operations. A dedicated quality control room which consists of inspection instruments like Ez Cam, 2D Height Gauge (Trimos), Surface plate, Micro hardness tester etc. In present state, located in Waluj-Aurangabad, our all plants are IATF-16949 certified facilities, equipped with world-class machinery manufacturing high quality Precision Machined Components, gears and camshafts.
