The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, is a congress of the region’s trade and industry and was founded in the year 1929, by Sir R K Shanmukham Chetty, independent India’s first Finance Minister. Since then, it has been a major contributor to Coimbatore’s growth and prosperity.
