Hammer Friction / Liner

These are Asbestos – free, flexible Roll Linings in the ‘COMPO’ range, made up of synthetic mineral fibres and organic fibres with highly thermos – stable synthetic rubber binding the material in matrix contributing to strength and performance. Avialble in flexible Lining form as well as rigid non – flexible Sheet form. Owing to its flexibility, it is easy to form ay radius to mount the liner on brake shoes. The HFP/ HFL can be bonded with any established bonding adhesive. However, for best results, thermosetting adhesives (rubber based phenolic powder resin base should be used). Bonding temperature with Aluminum Die – Casting and MS material should not exceed 250°Celsius. Proper precautions for bonding surface like Shot blasting/ Vapor degreasing and Adhesive coating as well as bonding surface, preparation is required or any customer specific bonding process.
