Soorma Hockey Club

Soorma Hockey Club is professional field hockey team founded with the intention of resurrecting and revolutionizing the sport in India. The newest addition to an ever- growing roster of sporting teams owned by JSW Sports, Soorma HC is based out of the states of Punjab and Haryana and has both – a men’s and women’s team. Soorma represents the warrior spirit that is second skin to the people from the two states. The team is built on valour, courage and pride, no matter what the circumstances. It is an ode, a homage to a steady stream of champions in the sport of hockey that the states of Punjab and Haryana have relentlessly produced. A historic first, Soorma Hockey Club is more than just a team. It is a movement that will inspire a new generation of talented hockey players to elevate the legacy India has etched in the sport.
