Our products undergo rigorous testing at every production stage, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
Customized Solutions
We offer a wide range of grades and sizes to meet specific project requirements, providing flexibility and convenience to our clients.
Sustainable Practices
Committed to environmental responsibility, our manufacturing processes are designed to minimize carbon footprint and promote sustainability with the help of state-of-the- art equipment.
Raw Material Selection
High-quality scraps, sponge iron and other raw materials are selected to ensure the production of superior steel.
Melting and Refining
The raw materials are melted in furnaces, and the molten steel is refined to achieve the desired chemical composition.
Continuous Casting
The refined molten steel is casted into billets through continuous casting machines, ensuring uniformity and consistency with the help of automated CCM.
Rolling
The hot billets are passed through rolling mills passes to achieve the desired size and shape of the TMT bars.
Quenching
The hot rolled bars undergo rapid cooling through a series of water jets, forming a hardened outer surface (Martensite) while maintaining a softer core (Pearlite & Ferrite).
Self-Tempering
The residual heat from the core tempers the outer martensitic layer ( in tempered martensite), enhancing ductility and strength.
Cooling
The bars are allowed to cool at ambient temperature, & completing the thermo-mechanical treatment process.
Residential and Commercial Construction
Perfect for beams, columns, slabs, and structural components.
Infrastructure Projects
Widely used in bridges, dams, highways, and flyovers due to their high strength and durability.
Industrial Structures
Suitable for factories, warehouses, and other industrial buildings requiring robust reinforcement.
Seismic Zones
Preferred choice in earthquake-prone areas for their superior ductility and seismic resistance.
Humid and Coastal Zones
TMT bars resist corrosion, significantly enhancing structure lifespan and durability.
Underground Structures
Ideal for tunnels, subways, and basements needing strength and durability.
