In direct procurement, purchase indent is created and goods can be purchased directly. In indirect purchase, purchase indent is prepared and then bidding is done. On the basis of the bidding, the purchase order is prepared. Different types of purchase order can be prepared based on requirements. Purchase indent can be prepared from project, estimate and tender. Purchase indent can be compared with last purchase order rate. RFQ can be generated from purchase indent and can be project-wise, estimate-wise and tender-wise. Quotations from various vendors can be compared with estimate rate, lowest rate and last quoted rate. Purchase order can be prepared directly from the purchase indent. Purchase order can be revised or cancelled. Generate various types of reports for procurement. Inventory: Delivery receipt is prepared either from purchase indent or purchase order. Material inward is prepared either from manual entry or through the delivery receipt.
