Jacketed ball valves are used for high viscous Media like ‘Resin’ or Slurry applications which solidifies at certain temperature range thereby affecting flow ability of media. The Jackets assure consistent valve heating or cooling of process media to prevent crystallization or siezing of flow media. The jacket covers the body from one flange to the other flange. Hence the valve body is modified by adding over size flanges than standard size of the valve flange.
