Grommets

Nandhini Rubber Private Limited is equipped with an imported hydraulic press with a slide-in-slide out automatic opening facility. Critical components like H.T. Cap, Socket cover and grommets with 1.2mm holes are moulded with PLC controls on temperature, time, pressure and breathings. The company is also equipped with a vacuum press to Mould minute critical defect free components. The moulding operations are carried out after process validation and qualification at our in-house lab. Various components more than 500 components are being used as functional parts in both static and dynamic conditions by our customers.
