Customers holding in-house compounding facilities or possessing the provision of numerous simultaneous feeding mechanism prefer using mono masterbatches / SPC’s. This helps them maintain exclusivity in their range of products. Rainbow Pigments supplies a wide range of tailor made masterbatches for semi dull and bright trilobal yarn applications. These products are sold for various applications in the Indian and overseas market. The process of development encompasses the following steps: - colouring cost - end application - runability - denier / filament required - fastness properties As per the requirement of the customers the products are developed and further samples along with LDR and other details are forwarded to the customers. These tailor made masterbatches are applied in suitings, shirting, dress material fabrics, embroidery and upholstery.
