BEV undertakes procurement, shop fabrication, assembly, testing, painting and delivery of custom designed static process plant equipment and their components based on OEM design and detailed engineering. BEV undertakes job work on its 3 axis CNC Vertical Machining Centre. Imported from Taiwan, machine of Hartford make, model PRO 3210 is state of the art in its class. The machine has a bed size of 3150 mm x 2100 mm. It has a BT50, 6000 rpm spindle with through coolant at 70 bar, 20 tools ATC, Fanuc controls, right angle milling head and automatic chip conveyor. The largest work piece that can be handled is 3100 mm (L) x 2100 mm (W) x 780 mm (H) (or) 2100 mm (Dia) x 780 mm (H). Maximum weight of work piece is 8 Tons. The machine can do drilling of tube sheets and baffle plates in any material, stacked or single with various hole configurations. It can also do milling of gasket grooves, facing and tapping. BEV has a complete range of tool holders, tools, carbide inserts and work piece holding jigs and clamps for various applications. Measuring instruments have valid calibration certificates traceable to NABL standards. BEV also has competent CNC machine operators with programming capability. Hartrol, SolidEdge and MasterCam software are used for modeling and programming. In short, you are assured of a first world quality at your door step. BEV undertakes job work of plate rolling in its new 3 Roll Schafer Plate Bending Machine. The machine is capable of rolling 3.2 M wide plates up to 85 mm thickness (cold). The machine is hot rolling capable, though not yet tried. Smallest diameter that can be rolled is 726 mm. The straight length required on either end (leading as well as trailing) is twice the thickness. Plates to be supplied in beveled condition and will be generally delivered rolled and tack welded. If long seam welding is required, it could be done.
