The company has established a state of the art mineral water plant near Thirunelveli , Tamilnadu surrounded on three sides by western Ghats, a rare source of water rich with natural minerals. Romana is the only brand maintaining a higher level of TDS (Total dissolved solids) level up from 4 40 mg/l to 100 mg/l. Ours could probably be one of the very few companies in the country functioning with fully imported and automated machineries and equipments powered by US technology, including ultra filtration to make the drinking water’s purity to its utmost completeness. Romana is accurately confirming to international and WHO standards. Another feature is Romana’s well equipped most modern chemical land microbiological laboratories. The installed capacity of the plant is 2.25 lakhs of litres per day and the company projects a capacity utilisation of 90%.
