We have an in-house foundry with a modern melting furnace including fully Automatic HOT TOP casting Technology, enabling us to produce high refined close grain with uniform manner & oxide-free extrusion surfaces. Raw material and alloy are checked online using the most modern spectrometer, keeping alloy composition within very close tolerances and achieving desired mechanical & chemical properties. The dies used in extrusion are made with the latest tool room equipment, which gives us the best quality.
