SIMPLETEC Track Presses and Undercarriage Rebuilding Machinery are designed for manufacturing and refurbishing of track components and accessories. With proven experience of over 30 years, our machines are well accepted all over the world. TP-250 and TP-300 are designed for assembly/disassembly of medium and large sizes of track chains, especially old chains, effected by rust, weather and welding. TP-350 and TP-400 are designed for medium, large and extra-large track chains. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. A single hand lever controls forward and return strokes of the rams. Feather touch joysticks control the ram movements, automatic chain indexing and all other related operations. Automatic hold down clamp is provided for safe and efficient operation. Manual safety sliding door can be provided in place of automatic hold down clamp…. SIMPLETEC TC-418 series flexible tooling system requires a small inventory for wide range of tracks. Large diameter pressing cylinders give wider tool support and total protection against uneven pressing forces. Automatic switchover from rapid travel to pressing speed, makes the operation fast and highly productive.
