The production facility of SMS Metals Pvt. Ltd. is located at Dewas, MP. The facility is situated in an area of more than 55000 sq. ft. and a covered area of 35,000 sq.ft. The facility has multiple induction furnaces of different capacities to provide flexibility in production of different grades of alloys. The facility is designed for carrying out the production process without use of any fossil or bio fuels. The facility also has quality control equipment for testing of raw materials and finished products. Raw materials (scrap) is tested and sorted using XRF based portable PMI machines from Niton. During manufacturing process, molten metal chemistry is monitored using spectro analysis. Post production, finished products are checked for composition using XRF based testing equipment before packing and dispatch. All production and testing equipment are sourced from reputed international / domestic suppliers ensuring reliable and safe operations and reducing breakdowns / downtimes. Regular calibration of testing equipment ensures strict compliance to customer requirements.
