Comber Noil (100% Cotton)

Byproduct from Comber during yarn production. We only provide the finest quality Comber Noil, defect free manufactured through 100% pure cotton. Comber Noil is a by-product of yarn spinning process, produced when cotton is combed in comber machine to remove short fibers. Because of comber noil being trash free, it can be used for a number of purposes like, manufacturing of pharmaceutical and surgical cotton. Besides this comber noil is also be used in yarn production. It is also ideal for making cotton balls, cotton buds and cotton pads in cosmetic field. Stringent quality management system is pursued right from procurement till the dispatch of our products to the clients end. We follow stern packing standards as it plays a vital role for safe and damage free transportation of fibers. For raw cotton and comber noil we usually pack in compressed bales, half pressed or full pressed covered with cotton cloth. Cotton cloth is used to avoid foreign contaminations. Bale is duly strapped to facilitate handling and avoid opening of bales during transportation.
