Sumangal group is one of the largest producers of fabric in the western sector in India's modern textile industry. Each year, more than 10 million meters of fabrics in various blends of Polyester, Viscose & Cotton is rolled out from our plants. The last 40 years bear testament to the strength of our commitment. Since inception Sumangal has attained exponential growth in production & turnover. Sumangal exports fabrics to various countries worldwide. Our products are designed by top-class in-house designers with input from the owners. Our customers include some of the largest and leading global brands. Sumangal’s state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is situated at Tarapur, near Mumbai. The output at our plants exceeds more than 30,000 metres a day. We at Sumangal over the years have adapted the changing needs of technology and have incorporated state of the art IT infrastructure at our factories and offices.

Manufacturing at Sumangal has been vertically integrated to facilitate all the processes involved in Fabric, Embroidery Manufacturing & Digital Printing. Production is supported by an in-house R&D facility, where new products and processes are under constant development. Our integrated manufacturing operations use state-of-the-art textile equipment & quality control personnel to ensure only the highest quality standards. Order processing, production monitoring and processes are seamlessly integrated through a company-wide ERP network. Our plants incorporate the latest in textile technology, including Jacquard weaving with Staubli & Bonas Jacquards. Dornier machines for flat weaving. Embroidery & Digital Printing Machines for Furnishing fabrics.
