Feeding
The box feeder regulates, proportionate and mixes the lean clay in its exact proportion as required for the manufacturing process.
Crushing/Roller
Heavy rollers are used to crush any small stones present and it is ensured that the material is thoroughly stirred and mixed.
Grinding
Natural clay, red soil, husk and fly-ash are blended with water to make up the main body of brick. Each blended batch is carried to box feeder which is used as storage and then sent to Pan mill in uniform distribution.
Vaccum Extrusion
The heavy duty rollers are used to pulverized. The pulverized ingredients are mixed with required water and passed into a de-airing chamber.
Drying
Depending on the climate condition, natural drying system is adopted for drying. The bricks are stacked one above the other carefully to allow sufficient airspace in-between.
Kiln process
The bricks are fired in a bull trench kiln with high temperature over 1000 degrees Celsius using coal and then cooled. Firing hardens and strengthens the brick.
FIRING
After drying the bricks are loaded onto carts and moved into
kilns.

About 360 bricks are stacked on each pallet.
In order to decrease the damage and wastage of the bricks during the transportation the bricks are tightly packed with the straps on pallets.
DELIVERING
The pallets with packed bricks are loaded in a truck and are delivered to the customers.
Both the loading and unloading of bricks is done by a crane.
