Located at Nashik (Maharashtra, India), we operate under the leadership of our Managing Director Mr. Mahesh Kulkarni. We have been rated as 3 star vendors by M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd. and approved vendor for M/s. Siemens India Ltd. We started our Business (formerly known as Vishal Enterprises) with Job Work of Coil Winding for M/s. Rishabh Instruments Pvt. Ltd. way back in 1996, which involved winding of Volt Meter and Ammeter Coil. In 1998, Vishal Enterprise entered into automobile industry with supply of Press Part to M/s. Keystone Appliances Pvt. Ltd., the manufacturer of Auto Cop Brand Car Security System, a well known brand in auto industry. In the Year 2007, Vishal Industries entered in Business with M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd. to manufacture EMU Coil for their Capacitor Voltage Transformer on labor charges basis and started manufacturing the coil as per customer requirement. This was carried up to 2007 November and then we started the complete manufacturing with own material. In year 2008, Vishal industries approached new customer, M/s. Siemens India Aurangabad, plant. The development procedure took us one year to start actual Production as it required special winding procedure. By acquiring latest technologies in our production setup and new machineries, we started full-fledged production in April 2010. This was the start of new product which needed some part i.e. gap cores which were to be imported from Turkey. Vishal Industries started importing gap cores from Enpay, Turkey, from April-2010 onward. Continual improvement and enhanced in production quality and performance has helped us to grow from a turnover of 5 Lakhs to 5.75 Crores businesses with its customers.
