In 2005, we embarked on a logistical adventure, laying the foundation of AAJ Supply Chain Management. The first warehouse and first client onboarding happened in 2008. From a single warehouse in NCR manned by a 30-member team and manual operations, we evolved. By 2010, we’d expanded to a new warehouse location and onboarded more clients, earning a reputation for speed and reliability. Inspired by the potential and future of tech driven supply chain services we pivoted to infuse technology, automation and data analytics into our core services to enhance customer experience. Between 2014 and 2022, we saw rapid growth. Our number of warehouses grew from 1 to 7, revenues increased with an average CAGR of 24%, and our number of clients expanded from 4 to a thriving 45. In 2023, we distributed 60 million units from our warehouses and launched AAJ Swift, a revolutionary PTL (Part Truck Load) service for SMEs grappling with transportation issues. Our goal is to make dependable and cost-effective supply chains accessible to all growing Indian businesses.
