So the platform was designed to make it simple: Select the child → select the class → get exactly what’s needed → one-click checkout. It worked beautifully. Until the night before deliveries were supposed to go out. That night, everything broke. The delivery partner’s server crashed. No tracking. No order visibility. No way to analyze dispatches. There was no tool to “check the issue.” No dashboard to rely on. No support team to escalate to. So a decision was made. Instead of waiting, an in-house tracking and analysis system was built overnight. From scratch. Until 3 a.m. The deliveries went out the next day.
