Telescopic Masts

Hydraulic and Electro-Mechanical operation. Up to 50 meters in height. Up to 20 meter height masts can be supplied with verticality of 5 milliradians at 130 kmph wind speed and survival up to 160 kmph wind speed. Masts can withstand environmental specs as per MIL 810 (JSS 55555). All masts can be vehicle mounted and are capable of cross country operation. Head loads of up to 350 kgs. Hydraulic actuators designs and builds masts for exclusive needs including for defense applications like communications and radars. They are capable of operation from -30 degree C to +55 degree C and storage -40 degree C to +70 degree C. Our masts are built with lifetime lubrication. The electrical/electronics for the equipment have been designed to IP65 grade with complete safety of the equipment and the operator in mind. All surfaces are treated for anti rust by either hard chrome plating or zinc spray and finish painted with special grade poly-urethane paint to give a long rust free life. Our masts have been tested for operation in desert, high altitude and tropical conditions by Indian Defense Services.
