These specifications include - A colorless liquid with a faint smell of ammonia - Freezes at -11°C and boils at 100°C - pH between 9 and 10 - 100g/litre water solubility - Urea content between 31.8% and 33.2% - Density at 20°C must be between 1.087 and 1.093 g/cm3 - Viscosity at 20°C must be 1.4 mPa.s - Refracting index at 20°C must be between 1.3814 and 1.3843 - Alkalinity as NH3 must be 0.2% - Biuret must be 0.3% - Insolubles must be 20 mg/kg - Aldehyde must be 5 mg/kg - Phosphate (PO4) must be 0.5 mg/kg - Calcium must be 0.5 mg/kg - Iron must be 0.5 mg/kg - Aluminium must be 0.5 mg/kg - Magnesium must be 0.5 mg/kg - Sodium must be 0.5 mg/kg - Potassium must be 0.5 mg/kg - Copper must be 0.2 mg/kg - Zinc must be 0.2 mg/kg - Chromium must be 0.2 mg/kg - Nickel must be 0.2 mg/kg
