The Company has amended its Implementation Agreement on February 11, 2021 whereby National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) has been replaced with CPPA-G as Power Purchaser. Saif Holdings Limited, major share holder of the Company, holds 23.01% shareholding of the Company.
