Aakash Polyfilms Ltd is an Indian leading manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions, producing CPP and Biaxially Oriented Poly Propylene (BOPP) films. It was founded in 1994 and started its production operations from 2006 and expanded to BOPP films in 2017. Currently, Aakash Polyfilms has two film production lines; one is CPP from EUROPE and other BOPP lines from Brueckner Germany. The total production capacity for CPP is 3600 TPA and BOPP is 12000 TPA. In this short tenure, it has established a good reputation in terms of products, quality, and services not only in the domestic market but internationally as well. The high-performance lines enhance its capability to fulfill customers’ needs and foster the development of new customized films for different applications and tailor-made products.

Aakash polyfilms Ltd has been an integral part of Indian packaging industry for more than three decades having two Manufacturing Units. Unit :1 – Located at GIDC Sachin, Surat Gujarat -Producing Clear CPP and Metallised CPP, BOPP and BOPET Films. This Location consist of European CPP Line.European Metallisers and a German Metalliser. Metallisers are equipped with a Plasma Treater for producing films with High Metal bond Strength, High Barrier Properties. Unit :2 – Located at GIDC Jhagadia, Ankleshwar, Gujarat Manufacturing BOPP and BOPET Films. BOPET Film line is from Bruckner Germany with deckle of 8950mm, has a capacity of 42000 TPA. Commissioned in the year 2023,With a film thickness of 6 micron to 36micron. BOPP Line is also from Bruckner Germany as a Deckle of 6000mm with a capacity of 12000 TPA. We can offer Films with thickness ranging from 18 to 50 micron. Our range of Films have been accepted with major customers across India as well as in international Market also. Both units are backedup by highly skilled technical team for Development, Quality, Maintenance and Interface with customers meet their stringent demands.
