Today, we rank amongst the largest manufacturers of standardized Herbal Extracts in the country with a spray drying capacity that is capable of catering to the bulk requirements of giant Pharmaceutical Companies, Traditional Ayurvedic Manufacturers & Individual practitioners simultaneously.
OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE
To ensure continued compliance with the requirements of the international standards, we have designed and implemented comprehensive systems for Quality Assurance (QA), incorporating Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Control (QC). We also provide CONTRACT MANUFACTURING for EXTRACTION, SPRAY DRYING, BLENDING, PACKING and R&D trials. In the year 2021,we have commissioned a completely new Spray Drier in an exclusive facility to support the growing demand for spray dried products. Our interest in agriculture has encouraged us to diversify into propagative farming for vegetables in our own Green Houses and over 3,50,000 Sqft of Farm lands adjoining the manufacturing facility where we practice Good Agricultural Practice (GAP).

All Season Herbs Factory's inaugurated on On 18th October 2018. All Season has commissioned a new processing area with AHU and complete set of equipment required for milling, blending, sieving followed by inspection and packing of final bulk herbal extracts. The 1500Ltr capacity SS GMP blender will ensure the uniformity in the bulk requirements for the powdered #naturalextracts and ensure that there is absolutely no room for any variation in colour, particle size etc.
