Description

We have carefully curated facility for surface coating. Pre-processing for powder coating involves a 9 Tank surface preparation process with Hot Degreasing, Activation, Passivation, Hot Phosphating and Dry-off Oven. The scale of our powder booth and Oven which is 4 meters compliments our scale of manufacturing and fabrication we have available at our facility. Our preprocessing chemicals are tested at our inhouse lab in regular intervals to ensure the concentricity of chemicals. We also ensure the coating quality by testing samples from every batch at our lab with trained technicians.
