Amma Alloy India Private Limited (AAIPL) is a new age Ferrous foundry located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (South India). AAIPL was established in the year 2008 with a vision to create the most contemporary facility for manufacturing high quality Grey and Ductile Iron castings. To meet the growing demand of castings, both in domestic and international market, AAIPL is focused on building an infrastructure to target production of 30000 metric tons of good quality castings per annum. All adequate facilities and services were installed at the right time enabling AAIPL to leap forward in its primary goal and currently it has achieved a production capacity of 14000 metric tons against an installed capacity of 22800 tons per annum. AAIPL caters to the needs of many sectors like automotive (both commercial and passenger), tractors, motors, pumps, textiles, valves, railways and general engineering. Since AAIPL went into commercial production, the primary focus of the company has always been on systematic and quality oriented production and as a result of this motive and commitment the company has been ISO 9001:2008 (within 3 months), ISO TS 16949:2009 (within a year), ISO 14001:2004 (within two and a half years) and PED - 97/23/EC certified. AAIPL is equipped with facilities and services to accommodate and adhere to changes in technological, environmental, social and customer based needs. AAIPL has also planned to be certified with ISO 18001 and ISO 50001 in the near future. Amma Alloy India Private Limited has also started exporting castings to different countries around the globe making and marking its presence felt in the international market.
