Kraft Paper Manufacturing Process at Anandeshwar industries Pvt. Ltd
At Anandeshwar industries Pvt. Ltd, we follow a highly efficient, eco-conscious manufacturing process to deliver the best kraft paper: Waste Paper Collection & Sorting: We collect and sort high-grade waste paper sourced from reliable vendors and industries. Pulping: The waste paper is mixed with water and processed in pulping machines to break it down into a pulp. Screening & Cleaning: The pulp is filtered and cleaned to remove any non-paper materials, inks, or impurities. Refining: The cleaned pulp is refined to enhance fiber bonding for better strength and finish. Sheet Formation: The refined pulp is fed onto a moving wire mesh where water is drained, and the paper sheet starts to form. Pressing & Drying: The wet sheets are pressed and passed through heated rollers to remove moisture and smooth the surface. Calendering & Finishing: The dried sheets are calendered (smoothed and flattened) to get the required thickness and texture. Reeling & Cutting: The kraft paper is rolled into reels and cut into desired sizes or GSMs as per customer requirements.
