Approximately 30 years back Late Mr. T. P. Gupta a leading distributor (businessman) of renowned edibles oil companies got an opportunity to set up his own manufacturing plant of edible oil under his own brand name. With his bold moves and daring nature he transformed his vision into reality. In near 1990 he stepped forward by establishing a manufacturing unit ‘Kanpur Edibles Pvt. Ltd.’ at Rania, Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh. His hard work, clear vision and hunger of success made him the leading manufacturer of edible oils under the brand name ‘MAYUR’ in the northern regions of India. Dedication towards work, time management, discipline and coordination is the key to the success of our company. A little step transform into revolution in a short span of two decades, a small company converted in group of companies with multi-dimensional business fields. Presently his two Sons, Mr. Manoj Gupta and Mr. Sunil Gupta, are carrying business operations. The active and wise supervision and guidance made their company to touch new heights. The courageous steps of his sons led them to add new product portfolio of the company. The products of KEPL are well recognized and accepted for their quality. Presently our products are available all over in Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar and Jharkhand. To keep pace with the rapidly changing industrial scenario, the Group has diversified its activities to other activities, such as Job work for Parle, Chakki Plant, Cattle feed, Construction and Real Estate Development, Cashew Kernels, Raffia Plant, soap and detergent.
