FOR CALIBRATED PLYWOOD WITH CARB P2 AND 72-HOUR BWP GRADE COMPLIANCE

A win-win combination of the SB PF 411, a phenolic resol powder and SB BR 204G, an amino resin powder can help manufacture calibrated plywood with a face of low thickness, that is CARB P2 compliant as well as of 72-hour Boiling Waterproof grade. The core is glued with SB PF411 and the veneer/face is glued to the core with Strongbond BR 204G. The combination also ensures that there is no penetration of PF resin on the surface, thus preventing formation of black spots.
