We started our journey in 1997 when Sri Vani Kesav Desai (the “Founder and Promoter” of the company) thought to serve humanity with medicines and healthcare products to complete the needs of the Indian population. Sri V. K. Desai was born on January 25th, 1952 at Kharoda in Mehsana District, Gujrat. After completing his graduation in chemistry from Ahmedabad, he opted for chemical engineering from Chennai University. In 1997, he resigned his duty as a chemical engineer with a lubricant giant & founded “The Anglo Asian Chemical Company Pvt. Ltd.” located at Ahmedabad, Gujrat. After seven years of his dedicated effort into this establishment, he moved out to Delhi to explore untouched heights. His decision has received appreciation with the Birth of new ventures in the pharmaceutical industry with the close & competent associations of the group of intellectuals which later has been shaped as “Astronova Organics Pvt. Ltd.” He gave the company all his visionary and intellects with the quote – A new star has born with distinctively new ideas to serve humanity & will certainly “Cure with Care”. The entire association was put into un-imitable deep sorrow on April 4th, 2006 when Sri V K Desai passed away and his dream to serve humanity continues under the guidance of his son Mr A K Desai MR A K DESAI Mr A K Desai initiated Business Operational strategy with the launch of Novel Therapies in the field of Orthopaedic & Gastroenterology and helped the organisation receive a significant presence in the Indian market with brands like Enzofen, Novafen-P, Thofree-4/8, Astromac & Rubella-DSR etc. The journey continues with the adoption & implementation of newer business practices and exploring innovative ideas of cost-effective manufacturing, commercialization & aggressive marketing of valuable products. In response to our strategic business plan, we are exploring the business opportunities of our innovative brands with the set up of four new operational zones each lead by a team of competent executives.
