In 1995, Astron was founded by Mr. Xyz with a single workshop. The company struggled for a couple of years in business. However, eventually, Astron made a name for itself in manufacturing and marketing mechanical spares in the industry. As the era modernized, Astron’s founders and R&D team innovated a new product named the “ Sealless Magnetic Drive Process Pump .” This pump is designed for applications where even the smallest quantity of product escaping could be hazardous. The magnetic drive pump provides a solution as it eliminates the need for a shaft seal, preventing product leakage. These pumps are particularly useful when pumping corrosive and acidic substances or when the leakage of the product could harm operators or cause environmental damage. In 2018, amidst astonishing industrial automation, we decided to further expand our focus and specialize in manufacturing Magnetic Drive Process pumps for highly critical and hazardous services. These pumps are commonly used in Process Plants such as petrochemical, oil refineries, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and wastewater industries. Over the years, our organization has developed sealing solutions by studying the problems experienced in these industries. This led to the introduction of our new product, the Magnetic Drive Process Pump, in 2020. Our manufacturing unit is located in Kanodar, Gujarat, and comprises high-precision CNC lathes and CNC VMC machines.
