2/100’s cotton yarn

This is a very specialized high twist voile Fabric, usually made from 2/100’s highly twisted cotton yarn. We are having our own Spinning Unit with 50,000 spindles. We are having fully modernized LMW Machineries, from Fibre to Yarn. All the spindles are equipped with SUESSEN Elite & Elitwist Compact System imported from Germany. All our yarns are SIRO cleared, contamination free and a well package prepared through SAVIO Autoconer imported from Italy. We are having 25,000 spindles of Doubling for the post spinning production of high twist "Voile" yarn. Yarn steaming (Heatsetting) is done to set the hightwisted yarn for smooth processing at subsequent stages. We are also having the yarn mercerizing plant. We are specialized in 2/94s , 2/100s and 2/110s Combed High Twist - Elitwist Compact yarn and Ring Doubled yarn with Gassing for the production of high quality voile fabric. We are also marketing our yarn all over India.
