Shaped Refractory Materials

Alfa Refractories Established in 2014, Alfa Refractories is a specialized manufacturer of shaped and unshaped refractory materials. Our state-of-the-art facility, spanning 8 acres, is dedicated to producing high-quality refractory products that meet the stringent demands of various industries. Our product portfolio includes shaped bricks, castables, and pre-cast fired shapes (PCPF). We maintain a consistent monthly production capacity of 1500 MT for shaped bricks, 1000 MT for castables, and 200 MT for PCPF. Quality is paramount at Alfa Refractories. Our on-site technical laboratory conducts comprehensive chemical and physical testing to ensure product excellence. Our production equipment is designed for efficiency and precision. We operate four presses with a capacity of 150 MT each, one press with a capacity of 315 MT, and a high-capacity Chinese press (capacity unspecified). Additionally, our two tunnel kilns, each with a capacity of 700 MT, enable us to effectively fire our products.
