Modular System for Textile Bleaching

BEN-BLEACH is a fully modular system designed for the continuous pretreatment of woven fabrics. The line combines key steps such as desizing, impregnation, steaming, washing, and bleaching – all optimized for consistent quality and maximum efficiency. Each module is engineered to meet specific process needs: INJECTA enables chemical-free desizing at over 100 °C IMPACTA ensures controlled liquor application with minimal chemical use REACTA provides adjustable steaming for uniform reaction times EXTRACTA and TRIKOFLEX offer intensive washing with low tension and reduced water consumption The modular setup allows for flexible configurations tailored to fabric types, production speeds and layout requirements.
