Description
Grip TMT - a premium quality product that is ideal for homes, apartment buildings, high-rise structures, hospitals, flyovers, hotels, bridges, dams, etc. The quantity of the various sizes is determined by the market requirements. Rolls are changed as per the size of the TMT Bar.
INSPECTION & TESTING FACILITIES
Binjusaria Ispat Pvt.Ltd. has a well epuipped Laboratory with testing machines like UTM for measuring the strength of steel bars etc. under a well qualified chemist.Inspection commences from the Raw Material stage and continues till the preparaion of test certificates for weight,strength, etc. and labeling of the products to conform to IS Standards.
Methods Of Testing
- Unloading the raw material, truck wise and segregated Heat Nos Wise.
- Taking samples for chemical Analysis,Heat wise & Quantity wise as per BIS specifications.
- Segregating the rejected pieces if any,before issuing the raw material for cutting and feeding into the reheating furnace.
- After rolling, the samples are cut every half hour and checked for size and section weights. First and Last bars of the lot are cross checked for Chemical Tests such as Carbon %, Manganese % and Silicon %.
