Description
BMW has identified suppliers of Sintered and fine ground Alumina special microstructure which is graded as per our developed specifications for achieving highest degree of erosion resistance. Alumina powder is then loaded in the ball mill along with the additives and water for mixing and grinding to achieve desired properties of the slip. This slip is then dried through spray drier in granular form. These granules are pressed in hydraulic presses for desired shape. Pressed shapes are loaded in microprocessor controlled tunnel furnace suitable for 1550 Deg C. Each kiln car sample is subjected to quality checks in our test lab for ensuring highest degree of quality control.

Our Alumina Ceramic Lining improves wear-resistant qualities of fan blades, which is produced by using superior engineering processes and latest technology. Due to this, no other fan blade is better equipped to withstand routine wear and tear as well as damage from "tramp" material such as stray rocks or bolts. Our controlled pressure process and specially formulated structural adhesives assure a surface that will wear evenly and is very flexible than traditional steel blades.
We carefully analyzes the environment of each fan before applying the ceramic lining with an adhesive system designed to yield optimum properties at the normal operating temperatures of that system.
